About Reset Lab

Prepare, Transition, Reset …. The Menopause Journey

Menopause Reset Lab

Founded over a decade ago as a specialist clinic supporting women through the menopause transition with natural, evidence-based care. Led by Kaz, a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Medical Herbalist with additional training in detoxification and functional medicine, the clinic has supported women across New Zealand and Australia — helping them navigate hormonal changes with clarity, confidence, and real results.

Clinical experience has shown that most women experience significant improvements by making small, strategic changes in nutrition, environment, and daily rhythm. This insight inspired the creation of the Menopause Reset Method (MRM)— a personal, affordable, and empowering program designed to help women achieve meaningful progress before exploring more complex or personalised care. The Reset Lab now brings this method to life through an accessible online program, giving women everywhere a stronger foundation for long-term hormone health.
